Do you travel and is there a fee?
YES! We love to travel! We cover a 50 mile radius from our main bases. Anything outside of that will be charged a mileage fee and for events taking place outside a 100 mile radius, we will charge a hotel stay and applicable mileage/airline costs. BUT always chat to us first since we are happy to negotiate for dreamy, far off places.
Do you plan wedding weekends?
Umm - heck yes we do!! Since our main hubs in Southern California and Savannah, GA are big for destination weddings, we are always happy to create an amazing party weekend for you and your guests. Reach out with your ideas and we can make it work!
Do you offer payment plans?
Certainly! Our normal plan requires a 50% deposit but we are always happy to break the total amount up into quarterly amounts.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely! Professional wedding vendors are REQUIRED to carry these items. All the vendors on our preferred vendor list have these documents however for our coordination couples, we please ask that you verify the companies you have booked also have these on hand!
Do you plan more than one wedding a day?
No way José! We only take one wedding per day so that you are our sole focus. That said, keep in mind we have wedding bases on both coasts so you may see one planner working hard in California & another in Georgia on the same day.
Do you have a preferred vendor list?
Definitely! We vet all the vendors on our list to make sure they provide excellent quality of service, are communicative, and are fairly priced. Additionally, some of our vendors offer further discounts when you mention you are booked with Moonbeam!
